With a firm nod to history, Greenhook Ginsmiths? Old Tom Gin is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900?s. It?s aged for two years in bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Unlike other Old Tom Gins, very little sugar is added, leading to a complex palate with a drier finish.
